To Whom It May Concern:

William Winer, my step-father, has resided at Evergreen Quality Foster Home since December of 2005.  When he was moved there, he was suffering from advanced stages of Alzheimer's and was unable to walk, feed himself, or communicate.  With the kind care he has received from John and Marcy Craciun, he began to feed himself. Just recently, he began talking in simple sentences again.  His condition has improved a great deal in spite of the continued difficulty with his Alzheimer's condition.

It has been my experience that he has always been treated with kindness and dignity.  He is always clean, well-fed, and seems to be very happy in this environment.  It is my opinion that the Craciun's are excellent caregivers.

Sincerely

Richard J. Fisher

PERSONAL EXPERIENCES:
Marcy:

Thanks again for the care you extended to my father Sam during his stay at Evergreen Quality Home. My family in Vancouver diligently investigated the best care facility available, and I was delighted to have discovered Evergreen.

I personally witnessed how you and the staff demonstrated loving, family-like concern for those entrusted to your care. You not only preformed the expected duties of a licensed adult care facility, but also did many unexpected helps in providing Dad special requested food, encouragement to improve his physical condition, and the many personal moments you had with him. Please express my thanks to the entire staff at Evergreen Quality Home for the excellent care and love given to Samuel.

 Sincerely:

Wendy Christy
