Almost three years ago, we searched for an adult family home in Vancouver for our mother. She required 24/7 supervision and assistance with nearly all activities of daily living. The two most crucial aspects for us were the quality of the staff and the condition of the physical facility. After exploring various options in assisted living Vancouver, the choice became clear: Evergreen Quality Home was the ideal setting for our mother. The staff is exceptional! Health and safety are integral to their care, but what truly distinguishes them is their loving kindness and gentleness. Each resident is treated with respect and given a sense of hope and joy, ensuring they never feel like a burden while the staff cheerfully meets their needs. The Vancouver senior living facility is designed so that residents enjoy their own bedrooms and bathrooms, which are spacious enough for guests who value their privacy. The great room is arranged for conversation, featuring large, comfy chairs for each person. This layout encourages interaction, TV watching, and engaging activities among friends. Meals are served family-style at the table, fostering a sense of community and reducing isolation among residents. We are grateful that Evergreen Quality Home has been available for our mom during this time. They worked diligently to keep their clients healthy throughout the pandemic, creating an atmosphere of hope and peace for both residents and the families who love them. In my mom's final days, they maintained close contact with us, offering support and grieving alongside us. Mom received the best loving care in this wonderful assisted living community in Vancouver. My mother spent about 5 years at Evergreen Quality Home, an exceptional adult family home in Vancouver, before passing. The staff were incredibly kind and compassionate; Mom was always bathed, dressed, and sitting in the living room when I visited.
