William Winer, my step-father, has resided at Evergreen Quality Home since December of 2005. When he was moved there, he was suffering from advanced stages of Alzheimer's and was unable to walk, feed himself, or communicate. With the kind care he has received from John and Marcia Roial-Craciun, he began to feed himself. Just recently, he began talking in simple sentences again. His condition has improved a great deal in spite of the continued difficulty with his Alzheimer's condition.
It has been my experience that he has always been treated with kindness and dignity. He is always clean, well-fed, and seems to be very happy in this environment. It is my opinion that the Craciuns are excellent caregivers.

Almost three years ago, we looked for an adult family home for our mother.
She needed 24/7 supervision and help with almost all activities of daily living.
The two most important things for us were the staff and the physical facility.
We looked at multiple settings, but for us the choice was clear: Evergreen Quality Home was the perfect setting for our mother.
The staff is exceptional! Health and safety are at the heart of their care, but what sets them apart is their lovingkindness and gentleness.
Each person is treated with respect and given a sense of hope and joy.
They are assured they are not a burden and the staff cheerfully sees to their needs.
The facility is set up so that the residents have their own bedroom and bathroom.
The bedrooms are big enough to entertain guests, if they want privacy.
The great room is arranged conversationally with a big, comfy chair for each person.
This enables them to see each other, watch TV, and do their activities together as friends.
The meals are family-style, all together at the table. This greatly reduces isolation. We are thankful that Evergreen Quality Home is here for our mom.
They have worked diligently to keep their clients healthy through this pandemic and kept an atmosphere of hope and peace for their clients and the families that love them.
When my mom was in her final days, they kept close contact with us, supported us, and grieved with us. Mom had the best, most loving care.

My mother was at Evergreen Quality Home for about 5 years before passing.
During her stay, this home was always spotlessly clean and fresh.
The living arrangements were ideal for the small number of residents to interact, watch TV, or read.
The staff were incredibly kind and compassionate and Mom was always bathed, dressed, and sitting in the living room when I visited. John, Marcia, and their team represent everything that distinctive adult care should be.
I would highly recommend Evergreen Quality Home for your loved one.

The rooms are private and beautifully furnished. Every staff member is very caring. There was a time at an event when the staff had someone come in and sing with the residents, which was extremely enjoyed by all.
